What is verified and what remains open

1. The service

SP TRADE provides an asset analyzer, a model portfolio, a browser-local trading journal, tools for creating Pine Script, and educational content. Some features depend on technical configuration and third-party providers.

They are not investment advice, investment solicitation, portfolio management, a personal recommendation, or a promise of results. 3. Accounts and security

  • When accounts are enabled, you must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
  • Do not access another person's account, database, admin interface, or information without authorization.
  • Do not share passwords, exchange keys, API keys, or sensitive financial information in chat.

4. Acceptable use

Do not disrupt the service, bypass limits, collect data automatically without permission, introduce malicious code, or use the product for unlawful activity. Do not present system output as guaranteed returns or licensed advice.

5. External sources and availability

Market data, authentication, email, and AI depend on external providers. Information may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. No commitment has been provided for continuous availability, service levels, resolution time, or matching a particular broker's price.

6. Changes and termination
